• An expert team will provide you with a safety briefing and continue to assist you throughout the activity. 

• The activity requires that participants be at least ten years or older.  Children under the age of 18 and over the age of ten must be accompanied by an adult. Due to safety concerns, children under the age of ten will not be permitted to participate in this activity. 
• Participants must be able to swim or tread water in order to participate. Participants must walk with their own towels and swim costumes.

Cancellation fees for this service will apply as follows:   

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours or less; 
• 60% refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours or less; 
• A full refund will be provided for cancellation made within 49+ hours.
