• You can ride the Buggy alone or with buddies or one of our experts. 

• A waiver form must be signed before participating in this activity.  
• Operation of Buggy is only open to individuals 18 years and older.  
• The activity requires that participants be at least sixteen years or older.  
• Children under the age of 18 and over the age of sixteen must be accompanied by an adult. 
• Due to safety concerns, children under the age of sixteen will not be permitted to participate in this activity.

•  No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours or less; 
• 60% refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours or less; 
• Full refund will be provided for cancellation made within 49+ hours.
