• Operation of sea scooters is only open to individuals 10 years and older. 
• The activity requires that participants be at least ten years or older. 
• Children under the age of 18 and over the age of ten must be accompanied by an adult.
• Due to safety concerns, children under the age of ten will not be permitted to participate in this activity.
• Participants must be able to swim or tread water in order to participate.

• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours or less; 60% refund will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours or less; 
• Full refund will be provided for cancellation made within 49+ hours.
